In late August Amtrak restored two crossovers at Perry that allow a train from NS' Port Road Branch to head towards Wilmington by accessing NEC tracks 3, 2 or 1. After Rule 261 (reverse signaling) had been placed in service in the late 1980's these crossovers had been removed, so NS had to use TK 4 to reach Prince before the train could crossover to TK 2 or 3. Wonder if NS paid for this installation?

South to Stoney Creek via CSX/SEPTA/CR Chester Secondary since the 9348 is now leading going back to Abrams.

It would appear that the southbound H86 went the back way via CSX/Septa/CR Cheste Sec as the 7714 is back leading.
