Can anyone identify the location of this image pulled from an EBay auction? Seller notes it as Reading 215 on PRSL, 1952.

I also posted reply on PRSLHS site-I'd bet Millville in town-typical Millville branch pole line, looks like glass plant on left, in town -noting poor ballast and yard tracks all around. G-3 with P-70's is SO post electric MU, pre-diesel on Millville branch
