I just visited the new websiite which says that the freight services have begun. Who are there customers and where are they connecting with the CSAO at? Will there be active service to Tuckahoe on the passenger end now?

I'm not sure that active freight service has begun other than some online freight car storage. The tracks have been upgraded between Tuckahoe and Woodbine, including an additional siding at Tuckahoe and a new turnout for a siding in Woodbine in preparation for active service. As far as regular passenger service to Tuckahoe, while that is still very much in the plans, there is significant work to be done between Woodbine and CMCH before that will happen.
