I am trying to find out information on the paint scheme for these big steamers of which the Pennsy had a few.
Can anyone point me towards a COLOR photo on some website OR can the paint job be exactly described for me. (I've only found B&W photos and my guess is a color photo is probably rare.)
I heard that they were Brunswick Green with Tuscan Red on the roof over the cab roof. The tender has one of those small "shed" compartments for a crew member. Was the roof on it painted Tuscan Red as well?...or was the entire top of the tender painted as well???
I have an HO scale undecorated one and will paint and decal it when I can find the info out.
