Here's a shot I took after posting at Arsenal in the summer of 75. My close friend Bill Gindhart (the "WAG") - now a conductor on NJT's AC line-was working 3rd the spring into Conrail-here he is hooping up a speed restriction Form 19 to a northbound freight . I'll post more later-just the beginning!
