Did the Penn Central have any "formula" for renumbering cars that were assigned to work train/MOW service?? I have looked over many photos and there does not seem to be any type of "standard" format when they were renumbered.
I found a picture that has a work car in it I want to model, ex-New Haven American Flyer coach in yellow/black, (it's in the back-ground of the photo) but cannot determine what the number might be. I have been unable to locate any type of work equipment roster anyplace.
