im looking for some locomotive salvage yards near the carolinas. anyone have any info (ie, phone numbers, websites) for some good scrap yards that will deal with the public?.

Peck Recycling, formerly known as Peck Iron and Metal, has been recycling both steam and Diesel locomotives since 1945.

The facility is located on the south side of Richmond, Va. on the east side of I-95. Recently-delivered equipment is often spotted on a CSX siding adjacent to the highway.
