I'll look at reference in my collection, but don't get your hopes up: I don't think I'll find anything.
At least the diesel engines that Westinghouse used in its early diesel locomotives were originally (later W'house seems to have developed the design further on its own) were, I think, originally imported or license-built British designs. So it would make sense for a railcar built for a European railway with W'house electricals to use an engine sourced closer to home, and not one actually built by Wemco.
