DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY 7312 NOW WEARS THE SPECIAL CP DECAL WHICH SAYS'' KEEP YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME'' , AND WHEN IT WAS APPLIED? ARE THERE ANY OTHER LOCOS WITH THIS DECAL ON THE D&H?

Anyone got a picture of the decal?

It may have had something to do with CP trying to sell the D&H.

It must of been done very recently or Railpace would undoubtedly of had something written up about it. Where is this locomotive working out of now?

This a slogin by CP to remind employees of the safety issues as to staying focused on the job. Or as they put it "Keep Your Head In The Game".

The CP-7309 in Philadelphia has the decals applied as well.
