Train Symbols on the A&S

I'm trying to locate a somewhat comprehensive listing of symbols that currently operate over the A&S subs between Albany and Binghamton. I'm not so much interested in the scheduled times as I am the symbols themselves and which direction each train travels. This is for myself(for a project I'm working on) as well as for a friend who is interested in the railroad, and (gasp!) does not have internet access at his house. If anyone can either provide or direct me to this information, I would be most appreciative. thanks in advance.
