The Railway Age Gazette, Volume50, 1911 states that Bates & Rogers "pierced" a 650 Foot tunnel under Front Street in Spokane, Washington. I have looked everywhere, but, I can't find any more information on this tunnel. Has anybody heard of this tunnel?
