A friend of mine who is a Amt Conductor on the Empire Builder reported to me that he spotted four newly Painted Chicatgo and North Western Pullman Bilevels on a CP freight at the yard at Saint Paul Minn, it was an east bound freight headed for either Chicago or Milwaukee. I am wondering if anyone has information on where these cars are going.
