A friend and I are trying to figure out how the radiator fans were configured and vented in the Alco F rebuilds that were done by EMD. I believe they kept the original Alco radiators, as the EMDs hardware would have caused the roof lines to be bumped out. We ask because he is attempting to kitbash a Walthers FA and the original fan was plated over.
