The Rock Island had only one line in LA, in two sections separated by trackage over the "Louisiana & Alabama".

The basic passenger service was Little Rock to Alexandria. The service from Alexandria to the terminal at Eunice was separately operated (at least in the 1920's).

Here are the passenger stops (not all open at the same time), N to S:
Randolph, Lille, Copling (AKA Bennett), Bernice, Middle Fork,
D'Arbonne Junction, Holly, Vienna,
Ruston (station shared with "Vicksburg, Shreveport & Pacific"),
Cloud, Clay, Ansley, Quitman, Rockfield, Hodge, Jonesboro, Hunt,
Wyatt, Dodson, Pyburn, Winona, Tannehill,
Winnfield (had own station),
Alexandria (used "Louisiana Ry & Navigation" station),
Willow Grove, Moreland, Chambers, La Mourie, Le Compte,
Clear Water, Nobrac, Meridian, Turkey Creek, Pine Prairie,
Easton, Reddell, Mamou, Reedton, Fenris,
Eustis (used the "New Orleans, Texas & Mexico station; SP and TP also had stations here.)

The passenger service from Alexandria to Eustis cannot ever have been much use, since a glance at the map shows that there were few places to connect to that were not more directly served by railroads on either side.
