Are there any external visual differences between Tier 2 Evolution Series locomotives (built in 2011 or earlier) and Tier 3 Evolution Series locomotives (built in 2012+)?
For the sake of my question, let's assume that the locomotive was being viewed from a distance that didn't allow the viewer to see the builder's sticker.
