As some of you have probably noticed, we're having a lot of trouble with spam right now. Please know that we're doing the best we can to delete it as soon as we see it. Moderators (such as myself) are able to delete individual messages; however, we are not able to block or ban the spammers -- only the admins (Mike and Otto) can do that. Otto is out of town right now, and it looks like Mike is away from his computer as well. The rest of us are doing the best we can to hold down the fort during their absence. We greatly appreciate your patience.
If you see spam, please do two things:
1. DO NOT click any of the links in the messages -- they may lead you to external sites that contain viruses, malware, or objectionable content.
2. At the top of the message, you will see a small icon that looks like a triangle with an exclamation mark inside it. If you click that icon, it will allow you to report the message to the moderators.
