The Hoosier Valley R.R. Museum Inc. of North Judson, In. is in need of parts for its G.E. 95 tonner. Our unit is an end cab design. It originally was owned by the Interlake Steel Co. and then ACME Steel Co. It is a good unit as long as the old girl feels like running. We don't have any spare parts for it. We our currently trying to bring it up to blue card or federal status as a backup unit for our train operations. I didn't know if the parts that the G.E. 60 and 70 tonners were the same or not. i'm assuming that they all use the same Cooper-Bessemer engine. The one in ours is a strait six cylinder model. It is turbocharged, for 1000 h.p. The main difference in the models that i can see is the amount of weight in the frames.
