Yes. I don't know if they're running yet on Shore Line East, but they were transferred off-property to New Haven over the summer. That doesn't mean the paper transfer of ownership is necessarily complete. There could be contingencies for the units passing an inspection or getting minor upgrades before the purchase is executed, so if there's any holdup it's probably because they're waiting for that final trigger.

4119 and 4120 are used in non-revenue service. In fact, I saw them both on a ballast train by CP Townley at 2:25am today

4119 & 4120 are still on the property and still used exclusively in non-revenue service. I think, though am not 100% certain, they are the only two left.

I have not been keeping track of this much lately, but here is what I believe to be the current list. I am not 100% sure on the Arrow III's, but the rest should be correct. If any information is wrong, leave a comment:

They're still in storage on the property waiting for whatever bank underwriter leases are on them to expire, so technically are still rostered with NJT even though they are completely past-tense for service and functionally just razorblades-in-wait. The other stuff that's been pared down from the roster has been outright sold/removed to other aftermarket buyers or scrapped.

I'm almost sure they'll replace them all with dual modes. Those seem to work very well for NJT, and provide system resilience without even more expensive power supply redundancies.

NJT still needs to have a "Road switcher" type loco to handle work trains, equipment transfers between the shops and the yards.
Having a few with HEP for disabled equipment tow ins with passengers on board is a plus.

I can see them picking up more ALP-45's (if they are still able to be produced.)

ex-CNJ GP40PH-2's 4102-4112 are being held for work conversion into straight-up GP40-2 engines with HEP removed, with plans to eventually complete all 10 units. Don't know how many conversions are now complete. 4 of the ex-PC GP40PH-2B's were also converted and renumbered as GP40-2's 4300-4303. I don't know if they truly need all 14 (or more???) units or if they're going to wheel-and-deal some extras to other agencies to pocket a little cash. Maintaining the HEP probably isn't worth the trouble when any part of the system that's going to have work locos available in a yard to dispatch for a rescue is almost certainly going to have revenue diesels available from the same yard.

They've also got 5 MP20B-3 eco locos...built in 2008 as all-new power inside of donor carbodies from several ex-NJT GP40FH-2's. So they're pretty well-covered for switchers as well.
