Working at NJT

I'm wondering if anyone can give me some insight on how it is to work as a signal maintainer at NJT. I've been a maintainer for 14 years now. I have an opportunity to take the test and was curious to know if it's worth the switch.
Any info would help, i.e.: shift work?
Work locations? Overtime? Benefits?
