Just noting with the most recent schedule in effect (dated 5/15/16) on the NEC that North Elizabeth is now getting some more frequent weekend service (every 1-2 hours or so). I wonder if there is actually much call for a station stop that is only a mile away from Elizabeth station itself...at least for weekends. I know there is more service for that stop on weekday runs, but this seems like an interesting change to say the least...
