NJT salutes the military

For years now NJ Transit has let active and retired members of the US military, and their dependents, with military ID, ride all its modes of transport for half fare. NJT is going to exceed that for one day, Veteran's Day, Nov. 11, 2015. Persons with military ID, with Veterans Administration ID, with membership in any veterans association, such as the American Legion, VFW, etc. or wearing a US military uniform RIDE FREE.
My reading of this is that dependents with ID still go for half fare.
