I was headed to 23rd Street station to grab the train back to NJ around 6pm yesterday. When I got to the PATH stairway, there were three cops standing there saying nobody can go through. They made us take the train up to 33rd and grab the train from there. At 33rd they announced that the train would not be stopping at 23rd. As we flew through the station, they honked the horn. I didn't see anyone on the platform. I wonder what was going on?
