I am responding to a request from someone outside the area, but in the transit industry.

How many NY City Subway Stations are multilevel? Meaning East-bound on one level and West-bound above or below, etc, etc???

About 10 were built this way due to physical constrains

Wilson Ave on the Canarsie Line. The route is shoved between railroad tracks and a cemitary

Nostrand ave, Kingston ave and Utica Ave on the IRT Eastern Parkway. The line here keeps everything to one side of Eastern Parkway

Borough Hall on the IRT Eastern Parkway Local. this is so the south bound track can underjump the track of the 4 and 5.

Fulton Street on the Nassau Street Line. Nassau is two narrow for two abrest here.

72nd street to 110th street on the IND 8th ave/Central Park west. Keeps all entracsed on the building side of Central Park west.

One station appears to be built this way, 63rd/Lex, however, it is infact a transfer station, and behind the walls are the future tracks of the Second Ave Line. The wall is curently being removed.

In total there are 16 stations that fit the criteria:

Manhattan
125th St - Lexington Av (4,5,6)
103rd St - Central Park West (B,C)
96th St - Central Park West (B,C)
86th St - Central Park West (B,C)
81st St - Central Park West (B,C)
72nd St - Central Park West (B,C)
63rd St-Lexington Av (F) (and eventually the Q and later on the T) Eastbound/Northbound trains - upper level, westbound/southbound trains - lower level.
7th Av/53rd St (B, D, E)
5th Av/53rd St (E, M)
Fulton St (J, Z)

Queens
Queensboro Plaza (7, N, Q)

Brooklyn
Borough Hall (2, 3)
Wilson Av (L)
Utica Av (3, 4)
Nostrand Av (3)
Kingston Av (3)

There are some stations where the local trains are on one level and the express on another but the trains go in the same direction. Trains in the opposite direction have the same arrangement.

59th St - Lexington Av (6 on the upper level, 4 & 5 on the lower, and the N, Q and R trains in the middle)
86th St - Lexington Av (6 on the upper level, 4 & 5 on the lower)
Nostrand Av (A express trains on the upper level and C local trains on the lower)

Note to Kamen Rider: The tracks on the other side of the wall (now being removed) at 63rd/Lex are for the connection fro the extenstion of the Q train from 57th St/7th Av to the 2nd Av line not the 2nd Av line tracks themselves.
