In the past year or so the people who remove the cash from the turnstiles in Hoboken do it between 8 and 9 a.m. They used to do it after 10 a.m., when the rush subsided. Now they block up turnstyles, which is particuarly irksome considering there are only a couple that accept cash. Some Machevaiilan plot to persuade people to switch to PATH cards? hmmmm....
