Effective Friday December 10th the A, C, F station at "Jay St" and the R station at Lawrence St are now consolidated into "Jay St./Metrotech" Station including a new corridor providing free transfers between the Fulton St and Culver Lines and the BMT Montague St line (Broadway via Tunnel).

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has put the finishing touches on a completely renovated Jay Street/Borough Hall A, C, F station as well as a new free connection to the Lawrence Street/MetroTech R station. Put it all together and you have the newly renamed Jay Street/MetroTech Station, an inviting entry point to the bustling Downtown Brooklyn area!

ALSO WORTHY OF NOTE:
I can't find it posted anywhere officially -- but the entire Broadway-Nassau-Fulton Sts complex of stations on the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J/Z was simplified in name to "FULTON ST." effective 11/29. This really only changed the IND side of things, but Bway/Nassau is now renamed Fulton St.
