It has some useful updates on the major Capital Projects for NYCT and for rolling stock purchases (including brief descriptions of acceptance issues for the R-160's).
All in all, the 165 page pdf is a useful primary source of information for MTA projects.
I hope that we can look forward to seeing more such information being made public on a regular basis.
Now if only the construction drawings for these projects were publicly available as well...
