Since the glory days of the Yankees dynasty (1920's - early 1960's) corresponds to the time the Lo V's were in service. maybe someone is trying to invoke the past to get the Yankees another championship :-)

Interesting to note that the remains of the old 9th Avenue El connection/Polo Grounds Shuttle structure leads right into the new Stadium location - so MUDC's and such rolled right through the site, too!

just down 163rd street which is taken over by the alley between New YS and the 164th street parking structure
