PATH Work Equipment

What is the roster for all work equipment trains on PATH? And also, how many tractors does PATH have? (one is #54830)

Does PATH do most of its work during late nights? I saw 54830 with a flatbed car rolling down Pavonia around 12am one day over the summer, and all trains were rerouted on track 1 that night.

To answer you anecdotally, I saw a PATH work train of three passenger cars and flat car with a crane at the Hackensack bridge at lunchtime working on the new fencing being installed near the Wittpen Bridge.

I've seen the fence. It's very conspicuous now looking at it while driving over the skyway. What was the purpose for the fence?

Perhaps the fence might be a preliminary step towards separating the PATH system from the FRA and allowing it to come under FTA auspices? Just a guess on my part...
