Since now that ground was broken for the new Citigroup Two Court Square, I read that the connection would be improved between both lines by constructing an esclator & a elevator that would improve the connection.
Does this mean that Citigroup is going to built a new free transfer between both lines & if so, where in the vicinity of Two Court Square will it be built.
