I know this is off topic, but if it is not too much trouble could it be allowed? I was driving on I-95, south of Wilmington, Delaware and saw this convoy of I would say at least 100 busses. I was just wondering if this movement had anything to do with the disaster in New Orleans, I haven't been able to find anything on the NYCTA's website.
