Word has it that the Montague St Tunnel will be back in service as of Sunday 9/14/14.

The tunnel will open late Sunday night for Monday.
N trains will be the first to use the tunnel. That would be normal service during late night/overnight hours. R trains will resume normal service in the early morning.
