The switch to the shuttle track and the crossover is back in service. This morning the shuttle was parked in the pocket track (not the test track) and they do not have to make the trip to Howard Beach to turn around. I'm guessing this is the last of the super storm fixes on the line.
Well... We'll see *sigh*
The MTA website isn't listing any "Fix & Fortify" projects for the A train so maybe that's the last (It better be)
