PATH-WTC Amtrak Ticket Counter?

Didn't Amtrak at one time have a ticket office/counter at WTC??

I remember advertisements back in the 1980's:
The PATH to Newark leads to Washington.

I don't recall if Amtrak had a ticket counter at WTC, but a number of US and foreign airlines and one or two bus lines (airport buses?) did, I think in the North Tower.
