Welcome aboard, my friend! Hopefully, you'll tell us all your subway experience. Now, the last time I rode on the subway was in 1998, any ideas which cars are best for viewing out front?
Anything R42 or earlier.

Well, let's not divert off topic, I know you like the R44's and you know what, in case you didn't notice (maybe you have), some R44's car cab access doors' windows are somewhat open and clear, non-fuzzy. I've had some experiences with that myself, even including some R46 cars and R68 units, so I suggest that Mr. Bernier may get to find some of these and maybe you and him will get lucky with the R44-up cars and certain open, unblocked windows.
