Wassaic Branch Weekday Off-Peak/Sunday Busing Begins Monday, April 4
Busing will replace off-peak weekday and weekend train service on the Wassaic Branch to accommodate railroad tie replacement and other track maintenance. Buses will operate according to train schedules.
Weekdays—April 4 through April 29:
Buses will substitute for weekday trains in both directions beginning with the 7:51 AM train from Grand Central Terminal to Wassaic and up to and including the 4:21 PM train from Wassaic arriving Southeast at 5:01 PM.
Sundays—April 10 through May 1
(Except Easter Sunday, April 24):
Buses will substitute for Sunday trains in both directions beginning with the 6:26 AM train from Wassaic to Grand Central Terminal and up to and including the 2:24 PM train from Wassaic arriving Southeast at 3:06 PM.
