GCT Track A

Is my assumption correct, that track A (east side) is a yard lead for the LL yard and that it ends on the northern end?
Does it stay on the LL for its entire length or does it follow the ramp up to UL?

track A is just the ramp between yard ladder and use to connect to top and track B . it is now a stub ended track at the top.
