Yes, at least as far as the riding public is concerned. Still work to do underneath, but two tracks back in service full-time.

And it would appear they've lifted the 15mph speed restriction on the bridge (Not that it would ever go over 30 with a station stop in Haverhill and a 30 or slower limit through the Bradford yard on the other side).

But every bit helps.

On June 11, looking upstream from The Tap's deck, I could see equipment and a cofferdam on the RR-west (Bradford) pier of the through truss span. Access appeared to be via temporary bridging from the Haverhill side. The former Island Track through girder over Washington St. has been removed, leaving little beside the stone abutment to remember it by. All the steelwork sports shiny, fresh black paint. The stair at the west end of Haverhill's upstream platform remains blocked off.
