98 years left on the lease!!! And the lease has a present value of about $100M!!! That's wayyy too long, should be limited to 50 years max. What did the "T" get for signing such an utra-long lease? We know about railroads being leased for 99 years, but no need to leas a building that long. I can think of an A&P supermarket lease that was almost that long when you include the extensions, finally expiring about 2010ish.
