F40PH-3C overhaul program

1060 is the next F40 to go to MPI. NETransit says it’s prep to send so expect it headed West in the next few weeks.
The 1061 has returned and is in testing now.
1028 out of the plant and in Nampa, Idaho for the UP to get.
Unfortunately, 1057 & 1065 STILL can't get out of Chicago.
Apparently trapped on the BRC and now scheduled to go to the UP

1028 - Into UP/North Platte, Ne yesterday afternoon. Still there.
1061 (not 1060) is down in Rochester. Progress unknown.
1057/1065 finally got delivered to the UP at Proviso Yard in Chicago
after spending nearly 21 days on the BRC in limbo. Should be headed
west soon.

1028 was by Boone,Iowa this morning
1057 was west of Nelson, Illinois this morning.
1065 - still shows at Proviso in Chicago. May be with the 1057 though.

MBTA 1028 was trailing CSX power leading an eb CSX freight as it passed the North East PA rail cam at 5pm on Monday July 1.
The 1028 has landed in Selkirk.
The 1057 & 1065 have reached Nampa, Idaho, should be on the way
to MPI soon.
Nothing out of MPI, though the 1068 is waybill reported.

Oh, is this why there are so many GP40s out?
The 115 to Rockport blew up yesterday. Dumped all it's oil according to conductor. Train was a GP40. 1129 and 30 were at North Station just now (4:00p 7/2)

MBTX 1060 left Framingham last night on Q437. I think it’s in Selkirk right now. MBTX 1028 in Framingham.
1028 is in North Yard in Framingham by Beech Street. Should leave for Attleboro on B725 to be picked up by B726 or B727 on Monday night or sometime later this week. Expect 1025, 1026 or 1027 to be one of the next F40s to leave for MPI. 1025’s cab is rotting to the point where the roof might cave in and the 1026 and 1027 have terrible HEP units.
1068 is out of Boise and was Cheyenne, Wyoming on the UP just after noon.
