Riding MARC Penn Line I found a part of ticket (see attached image). What year might it be? It is clearly not current. Google found nothing similar.

Please, help identify ticket age

Any chance to get the ticket issue year identified? Or any suggestions on what steps do I take to do it.
Hi, this is a stub from a ticket that one orders from Commuter Direct. If you get a transit benefit through work, you can use pre-tax money to buy weekly & monthly passes or single trip one-way tickets. Commuter Direct is the service one uses to order these tickets, and the tickets come in the mail. The image you uploaded looks like the tickets they use now. If you want a more precise date of issue, I guess you could call Commuter Direct.
