I'm no expert on this, it looks familiar in a modern day scope. Possibly the Richmond Hill Team Track? THe Brick building would be where the Key Food is now, it appears you can make out the 89th Ave trestle in the distance with the signal bridge on the Montauk (after the coach cars)
Richmond Hill Shops would be left of the distant train, and Morris Park at the extreme distant right

Richmond Hill Team, train is facing east. Key Food would be to the back and the right of the photographer.

Brick building to the north in later years was Rubies Costumes. BTW: Track One in the Storage Yard ran all the way to this building.
