The remains of 3100 might be too high to move on MN,creating a clearance issue,might need to remove the fuel tank to male it fit
MN's clearance profile requirements
The center of Gravity of 3100 on the flat is possibly too high to send it to Greenville NJ via NYNJ carfloat

So maybe Gershow out in Medford will be it's eventual destination, like that old GP-10 that NYA sent out there for scrapping some years ago?

No, it's already been sold to FICX. I wager either floating or scrapping it onsite.

The remains might exceed the plate F clearance outline,so the quick fix is to torch off the fuel tank.
Again,it is high enough(CG wise) to be possibly unstable to carfloat across the bay.
