I believe the Fall 1967 date of this pictured fan trip is correct.

The picture at Hicksville shows no sign of third rail installation - in 1969-70 would be
well under way or complete and in use respectively.

It would have been a treat to go back to then just to check out all the now-classic cars
in the Hicksville parking lot - starting with the Ford Falcon (or Mercury Comet) visible.

RMLI may have more information about this trip someplace in their archives...
