Article on BNSF operated Metra service

Did a little Google searching and came upon an online magazine that's presumably given to BNSF employees. This is from 2010 and it gets into BNSF operated commuter service in Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. There's information that most of us already know, but there's also some very good insight that goes into how a Class I railroad can successfully operate a commuter service.

I used to work in BNSF's Chicago Suburban Service. It was a top rate operation.
