I took a trip to Chicago and tried using Apple Pay at a ventra machine instead of buying a card. Not a single machine I tried accepted my iphone (at multiple stations) and I ended up having to buy a card. Has anyone successfully used Apple Pay with ventra (or any smartphone)?
