Federal Railroad Administion (FRA) car on Caltrain property

Hi All, For some time there has been a car from the Federal Railroad Administion in the Caltrain City Yard for some time now. Has anyone seen it when they take Caltrain?

Unfortunatly it's the last of its kind, a Budd Build Self Propelled Vehicle (SPV). a few are at Museums in North East and 11 are at Shoreline East in CT as coaches.
