CONRAIL purchased 100 No.1600-1699

What railroad did this GP15-1 belong to? see picture..

If you look close, you can still faintly see the stripes of the NS logo, to the left of the LTEX logo.

Solid blue (with white lettering/logos) to solid black (with white lettering/logos) to solid red (with white lettering/logos).
This unit has a history of colorful but low-budget paint schemes!
