GP60 Savannah River Site

I saw a black and white picture of SRS GP 60 and was wondering if anybody know how that engine is painted.

I seem to remember a silver top, red stripes, and blue bottom from a Trains issue about ten years or more ago. It was RR news photos. Right around the time Trains switched from the cover with the red box/white lettering to bold TRAINS across the top.
