George Elwood's "Fallen Flags" railpicture WWWebsite has manuals for a variety of locomotive models, including one for the SW-8 and SW-9 (and their TR analogues), but it is an operator's manual and not a maintenance manual, and so doesn't have that kind of detail.
Good luck! (I assume you are associated with the rebuilding or restoration of an SW-9.)

I don't have the info you request, but the fuel pump is the same as on a GP7, GP9, or other SW models as far as I know, they are all pretty much the same. If you need the pump itself there are lots of second hand ones out there.

I'm doing some repairs on an SW9.
I looking at getting a paragon pump for it.
