I do not know of any published drawings of the GM10B. "Railroad Model Craftsman," issue of July 1976, had an article on and HO-scale drawings of the companion C- electric demonstrator, the GM6C (contact me off-forum if you would like a photocopy). The two locomotives are by no means identical even above th frame, but there are similarities in cab nd hood styling.
